Commis I

The Commis I is a line cook responsible for the preparation, cooking and plating of food for the station/stations assigned to them. An ideal candidate is driven, shows a willingness to work hard and learn on the job. Candidates will be expected to handle challenging stations independently. They should be able to work morning and/or evening shifts as required.

The ideal candidate has the ambition to succeed, show willingness to work and learn everything, and be able to work independently. He should be able to work the hours required and sectioned assigned by the Executive Chef or the Sous Chef.
