SAFETY AT O PEDRO

Here’s how we’re keeping you safe

• All employees were tested for COVID-19 before returning to work, and will undergo a daily temperature check and oximeter reading. Our team is monitored regularly by Qubehealth Healthcare management company
  
  

• Our restaurant team members wear a mask at all times and are provided with replacement masks for every shift

• Front of house restaurant team members will be wearing face shields and disposable HDPE gloves

• Managers will oversee hourly sanitation of the following locations: order pickup areas, restrooms, common employee or guest areas of high traffic, doorknobs, door panels, phones, and employee stations

• Back of house restaurant team members and cleaning staff use durable Nitrile gloves when cleaning and during regular maintenance

• All restaurant team members wash their hands regularly throughout service, for at least 20 seconds

• Hand sanitizers are set up at all server stations

• We have implemented a strict cleaning and sanitizing regimen, including disinfecting our restrooms every 30 minutes

Here’s how you can help us stay safe

• Guests will be required to wear masks when not eating
  
  

• All guests dining outside and/or entering the restaurant will have their temperature scanned. If any guest registers a temperature of 99°F or above, they and their party will not be permitted to enter or dine with us

• All restaurant menus are single-use and disposable. Guests also have the option to use their phone to access our online menu via a QR code at the table

• Hand sanitizer stations are placed at regular intervals throughout the restaurant

• We are presently operating at 50% occupancy with tables at least 4 feet apart. All furniture is thoroughly disinfected after each seating

• All members of each dining party will be required to provide contact information for tracing, if needed

• Bar seating will not be permitted

• We will not be accepting cash payments. You may pay using credit card, Google Pay, PayTM only

Car Parking

• All valet team members will be wearing face masks/ face shields and gloves

• After use, the car keys, seat, steering wheel and gear shift will be sanitized with Soft Care by Diversey 

• For guests who would like to self-park, the parking for O Pedro is available at basement level 1. Our team members will be present for directions
