Commis III

The Commis III is a line cook responsible for the preparation, cooking and plating of food for the station/stations assigned to him. The ideal candidate has the ambition to succeed, show willingness to work and learn everything, and be able to work independently. He should be able to work the hours required and sectioned assigned by the Executive Chef or the Sous Chef.
